LVP 02
Luxury vinyl plank
Waterproof rigid-core plank for kitchens, basements and rentals. Attached underlayment, 20 mil wear layer standard.
Porcelain 03
Tile floors
Porcelain and ceramic tile for baths, kitchens and entries. Uncoupling membrane and level-set on every slab job.
Wool 04
Carpet
Wool and nylon broadloom over an 8 lb pad. Stretched-in installation with seams placed off walkways.
Site Finish 05
Sanding and refinishing
Dust-contained sanding, stain matched to a sample you approve, three coats of water-based finish. Walk on it in 24 hours.
Width guide
Pick a plank width
Width changes how a room reads. All four sit in our warehouse, ready to acclimate at your house.
2 1/4 in strip
The pre-1990s standard. Most seams, busiest pattern, matches older Charlotte homes.
3 1/4 in standard
The middle ground. Works in hallways and rooms under 200 sq ft.
5 in wide plank
Our most installed width since 2019. Calm pattern, forgiving on price.
7 1/2 in European oak
Fewest seams in the room. Needs a flat subfloor, so we level first.

How a job runs
- 01
Measure and quote
We measure every room, test moisture and flatness, and hand you a fixed written quote before we leave. About 40 minutes.
- 02
Materials acclimate
Wood sits in your home for 3 to 5 days so the boards settle to your humidity before the first cut.
- 03
Install
Our own crew moves furniture, hauls off the old floor, and lays the new one. 2 to 4 days for most homes.
- 04
Walkthrough and warranty
You inspect every room with the crew lead, then sign off. The 5-year workmanship warranty goes in writing.
