Hardwood installation
Solid 3/4 in and engineered hardwood in oak, maple and hickory. Nail-down over wood subfloors, glue-down over concrete. Widths from 2 1/4 in strip to 7 1/2 in European plank.

Luxury vinyl plank
Waterproof rigid-core click-lock plank rated for kitchens, baths and basements. 20 mil wear layer and attached pad standard. Installed floating over a leveled subfloor.
Porcelain 03
Tile floors
Porcelain and ceramic in formats from 12x24 to 24x48. Uncoupling membrane on every slab, leveled with self-leveler where the floor is out more than 1/4 in over 10 ft.
Wool 04
Carpet
Wool and nylon broadloom over an 8 lb rebond pad. Power-stretched, seams sealed and placed off walkways. Stairs priced per step, not per foot.
Site Finish 05
Sanding and refinishing
Three-pass dust-contained sanding, stain matched to a board you approve in your own light, then three coats of commercial water-based finish. Furniture back in 48 hours.

Matches most Charlotte homes built before 1990. We keep it for patch-and-match work too.
3 1/4 in standard
The middle ground for hallways and rooms under 200 sq ft.
5 in wide plank
Our most installed width since 2019.
7 1/2 in European oak
Fewest seams. Requires a subfloor flat to 3/16 in over 10 ft, so we level first.

How pricing works
Every quote is built from a measure of your actual rooms, not a per-square-foot guess over the phone. The written number covers tear-out, haul-away, materials, installation and trim. It holds for 60 days.
Three things move the price, and we flag each one at the measure:
- Subfloor condition. Leveling compound and repairs are quoted per bag and per sheet before work starts.
- Stairs and transitions. Priced per step and per doorway so you can count them yourself.
- Furniture and appliances. Moving standard furniture is included. Pianos, aquariums and gas appliances need a specialty mover, and we say so up front.
Payment is 30 percent to schedule, the balance at the final walkthrough. No payment surprises mid-job.
